i have the same problem after down loading system v 1.23. cant connect to get new updates'i also deleted it. but now you cant get the new updates anyway until you download the v 1.23which does not work. other problems i also have before the v 1.23 updatecars mostly from 1996 to about 2002 asian and usa. when i connect to a control module it kicks me out to the start up page.i cannot connect to most cars in those years.i am getting fed up with this scanner to many problems and bugs. -

I installed 1.23 today and I am not having any problem connecting to the internet yet. I
Have the 905 and and located in usa. -

i have the 905 usa model. after the 1.23 update i mean i can connect to the internet. but i cant connect to the autel server for newer updates -

This is not happening to me but yes I have seen it happen many times before right
after an update released, for some reason it affect some tools and not others at least
not at the same time. I just wish they test this softwares a little longer on the field not
behind a desk before they release it to the general public. -

also this may have something to do with the wireless settings,it could be corrupting
this settings, try disconnecting from your wireless then connect again to where it ask
for your password again. try this let me know. -

ede65 i tried that did not work. the last update 1.23 is no good .i hope they fix it soon -

This happens to me frequently... but I'm able to force quit the app and then it logs on normally.
